Ordered a wings and things, hot honey mustard. It took them a while to fix. The chicken tenders were fresh, but the wings seem to have been sitting there for a while they were hard not easy to digest because it was wings that had been sitting there a while. You don't have to tell me twice because this seems to be the norm. This is probably my third or fourth time coming with them serving less than fresh wings and then putting a little sauce on it like that is going to make it better. Shame, shame, shame. PS like someone has 11.00 to waste

Stop being at the baseball game get some news really hungry but the food was not really good to drink fountain was not producing all the drink flavors with mixed up with no ice in the machine games just a bad night didn't enjoy it then enjoy the food it's not like exactly but this is actually here to do pretty good business there in Trussville but honest one up at Walmart I just don't know what to say. The service wasn't that good everybody one of the service was talking on the phone all the service in round I mean just waited almost 25 minutes for food Justin like it bad night

If I could give less than one star, this would be -10 star rating. I used the app to place my order for convenience and nothing was further from the truth. Skip the line... don’t believe it!!!Upon arrival I was told to wait in line. After I gave my order is when preparation began. I watched 5 customers place orders after me and receive their orders before mine was ready. I spoke to the cashier and asked if it was better to order in store than use the app she said YES. 22 minutes after arriving, I received my order and had to ask for the condiments that was placed with original online order, which seemed to frustrate the cashier. Very disappointing. Wish there was a Raising Canes in the area. Will never go back to THIS ZAXBYS.

This restaurant was dirty. The tables had not been wiped down, the water/ice dispenser had mold and a dead moth in the tray. That water dispenser looked as though it had not been cleaned in a month! The womens bathroom did not have soap, and the men's bathroom floor was covered in urine. The soda machine was overflowing with ice in the tray and barely had any options. The food was okay, probably due to the flavors of zaxbys sauces. I am shocked at the state of the inside of this restaurant after having gone through the drive through previously. Had I seen all of this BEFORE my meal, I probably would have passed... My meal certainly didnt sit the same with me after seeing the inside, and I wont be back.

On April 13, it took them 35 minutes to fix a grill cheese meal. We were actually in the drive thru line but it was so back up that my sister decided to go in. I sat in my car & watch the people have to pull up & wait for them to bring them their food. The manager was loud & rude with a bad attitude toward the workers. Their was a girl that was running the people their food & she was super nice. This lady was waiting for her food which they had mess up, the girl told them they could have that order & that she would get their correct order to them, but the manager was rude & said some choice words to the girl which the lady saw how rude the manger was being so she gave them the good back!!! I heard her tell the girl that it wasn't her fault & she's doing a good job under these circumstances. Horrible service other then the girl trying to help!
